Free Time Fillers
& Hello
Blog (noun)
Short for "Web log," a specialized site that allows an individual or group of individuals to share a running log of events and personal insights with online audiences. www.pvt.com/oth/glossary.htm
...and I’m going to do just that.
I’m sure that most of you guys here will probably feel pretty bored over the holiday sooner or later. Although the holiday is not very long (only a couple of weeks... and yes, to me, that’s quite short indeed. And two weeks have passed already... =( pretty quick if you ask me), however, some of us just get bored pretty easily and quickly. Therefore, my aim for writing today is to enlighten you guys on how to fill up your free time; though I doubt constructively. =D
1. Watch movies.
Now wait. Before your mind starts visualizing that you are behind the cinema counter and are ready to pay for your movie ticket and starting to think that watching movies to fill up your free time burns a massive hole in your pocket, let me stop you to say that I’m not talking about the cinema. I’m not talking about purchasing tickets either. I’m talking about free movies. Yes, free. Sounds good? Then surf these websites:
http://www.tvscreenonline.com/
Those websites are actually a forum, where various people will give you links to the actual movie. Register and try them. I’ve watched a couple of movies myself from there. And my pocket is still intact. Heheh. =]
2. Read comics/mangas.
This will keep you occupied for quite a time because they are a series. When you find a manga that you like, then there you go. You will get hooked by the story line. These websites are good if you want to find some mangas that you like. Extensive choice indeed. Personal recommendation: Bleach, Naruto & SlamDunk.
3. Play video games.
Did you know that games are good for your brain? They are, but to a certain extent of course. Playing computer games stimulates your brain in a way that our normal routine couldn’t achieve. For further convincing, read this article. (http://www.rochester.edu/news/show.php?id=2764)
Convinced enough? Then let’s play! Though, I don’t know any site that provides games to be downloaded. You have to buy the Cd... Or, borrow from someone else. However, I have 2 games that are very beneficial for your brain. Definitely improves your logical thinking skills (I think?). I find it to be quite fascinating. Anyhow, here are the links:

4. Listen/Watch Lectures
Now, this is what you would want to do if you want to spend your time ever more constructively. Although this part is intended mainly for Muslims since most of the lectures are about Islam, anyone can view them nevertheless. I find this site is quite useful indeed as we can learn more things about Islam. Here’s the link:

5. Google.com, Youtube.com and Esnips.com
Search anything to your heart content in those websites above. Those are a very good website indeed. I’m pretty sure that most of you guys know what type of searches those websites specializes in.
Suggested keywords: Free ebooks, Free Movies, Ceramah, Lectures, Funny Videos, Free Online Mangas, Math Problems, Specialist Math, Mr. Kevin, Taylors, Bro hong, Pan Asian, Frying Pan, Pancake, Mr. Madhavan, Australia, JPA, wants, A20 etc etc.
Finally, I guess, that’s all from me. My sincere hope is that this little post of mine will benefit you all in one way or another. In addition, I also hope that more people would post in this blog. POST PEOPLE, POST.
